The year is now 6 days old...the little ones in the garden are taking it slow... All the merrymaking took its toll..If you are looking for Miss Moussie you can find her in her warm and snug feathered birdsnest..reposing..
Shhhhhh......I will tip toe my way in to leave a little message for the little Miss...she looks so peaceful, I do not want to wake her. Yes, this period of dormancy is well needed and all of us are loving the warmth of our eiderdowns!!!
I came and went...left a little taste of brie in case she needs a nibble. I have a grown daughter that still hides candy under her pillow and I thought perhaps Miss Moussie could benefit from a few nibbles too. Precious, precious...an ah...moment for sure. Happy New Year! Onward we go...
Snow flies all round the page and little Miss Moussie is snug and warm in her tiny bed of grasses and straw, tummy full of brandy and honey. Sweet dreams little mouse!
ohhhhhhh the little doormouse is so adorable! we have them here in somerset, i have not yet seen one but i suspect that one has seen me. i have a new bloglet now and hope to be posting some pictures soon of the local flora and fauna, up until now it has been very grey and my camera does not like to play when it's grey.

She is a lovely little thing!
Did you dear Duchess send me an email? I just want to make sure it was from you.
