GOOD MORNING DEAREST!!!! Oh, one early dark morning in the summer as I was going out to get an early start on my watering, I HEARD A "WHO"? and I ran inside the house. I thought it was the neighbor being strange as was his habit...but it was a WHITE OWL!!!! OH WHAT REGALNESS and majesty! WHO is at the Hilltop? WHO is watching over Miss M.? I hope that all is well and happy, still and calm, as you contemplate a most lovely summer day....love to you, Nita
When I lived at the Fairyland we had many owls nesting in the trees and my favorite time was January when they were mating, they would be so loud they would wake us up. I spent many nights looking at their old stump under the moonlight.I also found a baby owl once on the miniature golf course to my delight. The Fish and Wildlife Department came and picked it up to save it. To this day, I feel blessed to be in the company of owls.Bless you from my corner of the world to yours. Thinking of you and your wonderful story lines that make me feel so warm, almost like a visit to Beatrix Potters home.
