Something in the air...

Miss Moussie woke up very urly this morning...a little sunbeam was shining directly into her birds nest!
-O my goodness..the Sun..she twittered in surprise..its been such a long time ago...I must hurry and open my curtains to let some sunlight in before its gone again.
She ruched to the window...and doing so she noticed something else...she didn't shiver..
-O how happy this makes me she uttered and made a little jump out of joy....its not cold at all in my bedroom...
She now flung open her window to the garden and what did she see..

The Dutchess..in her robe..standing on the garden path..looking up...her face toward the sun...her eyes closed.

As quick as her little mouse feet could carry her Miss Moussie hurried outside..and there they are standing now..
A Mouse and a Dutchess...enjoying the winter sun...

-I can feel it...whispered the Dutchess
-Me too..twittered Miss Moussie..its warm...

-There's something in the air today....

Ik had hetzelfde: ik merkte het ook toen ik wakker werd. Bijzonder, en dat het zo snel gaat - spring is here before we know it! Je ruikt het ook, de aarde warmt op door de krachtige zon. Heerlijk!

Your words are pure art!
Now we have spring fever, and it's very cold her.

PRECIOUS! I missed this yesterday.....Oh, I can see you in your bathrobe with face to the sun...soaking in all the warmth. Dearest, I am with you! And I see that our dear Millie is back; she was gone for a while, but is now back for the magic of the Dutchess. Give Miss M. a little squeeze from Tea Rat and Rattus...who are shivering as we speak!!!! BISES, Nita

Could it be a hint of spring or just pure love that is arriving?

The sun shines down on us all, creatures great and small.
This moment should be captured in time. The two ladies in all their glory.

Sweet post...I love the nest and the imagination created in Miss M. going to her window. I'd love to hear of more adventures from her birds nest!
