..................Welcome........

To go or not to go..

Gustave couldn't sleep...he was up all night worrying...Yesterday, Miss Moussie and Mr C came to visit him and they had this crazy idea to go on a surch for Mozes and the Tea Rat..
-I bet we can ffffind the Jiffy trail again..stammered Mr C exited.
-No time to waste..twittered Miss Moussie...find your map of the Hill top forest and we are on our way...
And so Gustave did...but he wasn't sure of this map was correct..it was very old..it did belong to his great great grandfather!
Miss Moussie is packing a knapsack..marmelade sandwiches...a thermoscan with chicken soup..and a little blanket to keep her warm in the cold night air...they wil leave at dusk...because for little creatures its safer to travel in the dark...
There will be four of them...'Who' is going with them...who is Who...Who is a very funny guy..an Owl, and stand up comedian..you never know when he is serious but he is also a very good guide in the darkness..
So,keep your fingers crossed and wish them luck..

This little story reminds me of when I was young and my mother would tell my sister and I stories at bedtime that she would make up on the spot...they were the most glorious and adventurous woodland tales. Thank you for the memory!

Oh dear....for one, I can't even leave a message on NOWHERE, but now, our little mouse and Gustave are embarking on a search; I wish them all the safety and luck in the world! I am glad to hear that you are taking provisions my little friends, because the road to NOWHERE can be quiet interesting; transformation of appearances, faeries, magic mushrooms and other such adventures!! Please come quickly my little friends, the Tea Rat and Mozes and their friends are eagerly awaiting to hug you all!!!! Anita

Gretta Gothere is so confused, have her friends left the road to Nowhere? Last time we saw her in the snowbank, did we leave her there?

Dear Dutchess
Your blog is an absolute delight. Your imagination, your humor, and your pictures simply make it impossible to escape laughter and a sense of "wishing I was there." Thank you for visiting my blog. My dearest Anita has told you that Rattus is the Tea Rat's brother, and he has a ThD (Doctorate in Teaology). For Rattus, writing is an itch, and we hope that when he scratches, it will be worth the read.
Blessings,
Ruben (a.k.a., Rattus Scribus)
