Planting day

The weather on the Hilltop is ever so lovely...I do believe its spring my dear..Our Dutchess is going to plant some flowers in the garden and in the flower pots..I can help her.But I always seem to get a bit sneezy when I'm sitting in flowers..ahchoo..o sorry..

On the road

Hello there...I"m back from my little trip to the city..I must say it was a bit scary..So.. most of the time I stayed savely in this box..with my little warm blanket and my cookies..I did pop out ones or twice to take a peek, but it will take some time to get used to this new city home...And I mist Gustave sooooo very much..I am a lot braver when he is around...he is my hero! I did like sitting in the car...very relaxed on the dashboard...it was dark outside and there where a million lights...could be New York or some place like that...I like being on the road..but for now,its good to sleep in my own birdsnest again...Goodnight...

Feeling kind of small...

I am feeling kind of small today because I have a (bliep)..headache!To much Champagne yesterday! Yes I know..But let me tell you about it..We had a wonderful evening!
Together with our dear Dutchess..Gustave ..and Mozes, I went to a very Enchanting little Theatre..(there are pictures)..please go and see..
I was wearing my new red dress..Mozes his Top hat and Gustave his bow tie..we looked ever so handsom together. We came home in the middle of the night..There in the garden Gustave and I where sitting under the krokusses saying our goodbeyes and where very happy ..a beautiful moment under the stars..Life can be so wonderful..

Pillow fight..

Well look at this...yes I'm home...look closer...Gustave and I had a pillow fight!I won..
I think now my livingroom is very nice decorated....it looks like a real birdsnest with all that feathers..Speaking of nests...we have a new little "in between home"to go to...this until we sell our big house!We are staying in the little house when nessacary and travel to our big home when we have free time ..Hope this will work out and we won't go a bit travel crazy.. Its a tiny little house in the city..so now I can become a city mouse! Our Dutchess promised to take me with her if I don't scare the others in the building..We are going to live on the top floor...I better start packing....

Help...

I believe someone is coming down the road..its a bit hard to see without my glasses... but I do believe its....could it be....yes.. its our sweet little dutchess...Home sweet Home...Oh dear me ..how to get down ...Yoehoe...Gustave..are you any good in climbing trees...Silly me to get up here in the first place..o please somebody..help...

There she goes...

I am alone...well not really alone...My dear friend Gustave is here to keep me company...but our lovelyness the Dutchess is going away for a week...I will mis her so much..and she told me she will mis me too..she is traveling to France..That would be long journey for a little moussie like me, and I believe in France there are a lot of cats..so I better stay safe in the garden..Our dutchess promised to bring back some smelly french cheese..yammy,can't wait!
In the meantime I will finish my knitting...socks for Gustave...his frog legs are always soooo cold...poor old thing!

A concert...

I woke up this morning very early..from a beautiful sound in the distance..what could it be..I hurried outside to listen closely and then it happened..first the sun came out, and with her lovely magical morning shine she made twinkling dewdrop lights on the snowdrops...and then ..oh be still my heart ..the mystical sound came closer and closer..a birds concert..all the birds from our forest where singing together..this could mean only one thing...Spring!
There I was sitting ever so happy and listening to the sweet promise the birds made...In the corner of my eye I saw a little window from the Hilltop Hall open..a sleepy head appeard...our dear Dutchess..she smiled at me..and there we where in the very very urly morning listening together to this hopeful spring singing..because you know what our Dutchess always says.. Hope is a thing with feathers..

A lot to be done...

Today its time to clean my houssie...there is a lot to be done..Listen...before I start working..I have some wonderful news...I am going to be a flowergirl. My dear friend Miss Peach askt me to..she is going to be married...I am so exited,and a bit nervous,because Miss Peach is a cat, and lots of cats will be attending the wedding party.....I am sure it will be a lovely romantic Spring wedding..but I am still a bit upset..so many things to do...Such as picking out a dress..I will keep you posted,and please go and visit my dear friend Miss Peach,she will be delighted to see you...

Hay fever..

Today I am staying in my houssie...its been so chilly and rainy the last few days and I am afraid I did catch a cold...so I am all snuggled up in my little hayloft..Gustave promised to cook....his spaghetti is famous!

Oh,I am all exited...can't wait to open this letter...A little birdie just delivered it...

A visit...

I always enjoy visiting the Dutchess,and she always enjoys my visits..But I have to be carefull when there are gasts in the house..not everyone likes an adorable sweet little moussie like me..

Our Duchess did something very funny today...she sat on her glasses..Well as you all know I am an expert in this subject..so I took her glasses to my workshop..I"ll fix it

The Secret is out...its in the news...we are going to follow the band..I love concerts...Did i tell you I play the piano..
